challenge
Strategise, produce and showcase the world’s most prestigious badminton tournament on social media to the world.
solution
4 months of preparation, 1 week of execution and 60 million views across social media during the week of action on site at the tournament. As the oldest and most prestigious BWF World Tour Super 1000 tournament on the Badminton World Federation’s tournament calendar, the delivery of this tournament needed to reflect the status of the tournament. Featuring on court action, off court storytelling, commercial activation, legacy celebrations as well as archival and asset development for future events. Our team at el plan studios pulled off this project by working incredibly closely with Badminton England and their stakeholders, understanding the requirements of delivering, showcasing and promoting a world-class event but also the commercial and social impact we needed to deliver for them as the National Governing Body of one of the most played sports globally. el plan studios' delivery included digital content strategy, content production, before, during and after the event, as well as in-depth performance analysis through a thorough review process as well as delivery of transparent and effective optimisations recommendations, all wrapped up through our project managers on and off-site for this project.
We take great pride in our team’s ability to resolve complex challenges and unlock additional value for Badminton England through the Yonex All England 2026.
